"Wild smoked salmon is a rarity, and a rare treat. This sensational pâté, a Lloyd Hardwick triumph, is made with top grade wild salmon caught by experienced nets men in the summer salmon season. We freeze the best fish so we can produce this delicacy all year round. The resulting pâté is “truly scrumptious,” according to the Sunday Express.

 

Serve with Seeded Crackers or Mel Bagel Toasts with a glass of Court Garden Classic Cuvee Brut.
