- To adjust quantities, enter the number in the “Item Quantity” field and click “Update”.
- To remove an item, enter “0” and click “Delete”.
3. Reviewing Your Cart
Click the cart icon to view your selections. From here, you can remove items or return to browsing via the Home tab.
4. Secure Checkout
Once ready, you’ll enter our secure server to complete your purchase.

If your delivery address differs from your account details, you can update it here.

❌ Can I Cancel My Order?
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your purchase contract within 14 working days of delivery. This applies to all products except unsealed media items (e.g. DVDs, audio, video games, software).
2. How to Cancel
Email our Customer Care team at cancellations@theblackgrocer.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for cancellation
We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the appropriate return address.
3. Returning the Item
Complete the reverse side of the delivery slip, marking the reason as “Contract cancellation”. Wrap the item securely and send it to the address we provide. It must reach us within fourteen working days of delivery.
4. Delivery & Return Costs
We recommend using recorded delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty. If the item is not returned with the delivery slip, we may arrange collection from your address at your expense.
5. Refunds & Exceptions
Once we receive your cancellation notice and the returned item, we’ll refund the relevant portion of the purchase price. Please note: once delivery has begun, cancellation of services such as postage and packing is no longer possible.

2. Exceptions
We regret that we cannot accept returns for:
- Unsealed media products (e.g. DVDs, audio, video games, software)
- Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life

- Your order number
- Name and address
- Product details
- Reason for return
We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the appropriate return address.
4. Packaging & Delivery
