Our classic London Cure Smoked Salmon is coated in a sticky maple, chilli and sesame seed glaze, for a slightly spicy flavour with just a hint of sweetness and a chewy texture. Think the saltiness of a maple back bacon, with the chew of candied salmon. It’s truly superb – once you try it, you’ll be hooked!

We like to serve it wrapped in little gem lettuce as finger food, but it works brilliantly in salads or breakfast dishes.
