Our salmon fish fingers have proved such a success, but you wanted more… so here’s a white fish version. Haddock is perfect because it holds together so well under deep frying and is full of robust flavours. They’re pre-fried so just reheat in the oven, or you can even serve at room temperature. Perfect for picnics. Please note the goujons are skin off.
