Our Convenience Pack contains five 100g packs of Forman’s Smoked Salmon in one, making it easier to keep your salmon fresher for longer. Simply freeze any packs you don’t intend to eat straight away, and open each vacuum-packed pack as and when you need it. Ideal for unexpected guests or those sudden Sunday morning smoked salmon cravings. We all get them!

Forman’s Smoked Salmon freezes brilliantly because it has been thoroughly cured to remove as much moisture as possible. In fact, because freezing seals the freshness, we recommend freezing the packs on arrival rather than keeping in the fridge for a week or two and eating towards the end of its ‘use by’ date. The packs defrost in under 15 minutes and will taste as if they’ve just come straight from the smokehouse.
