If you’ve ever wanted to experience the taste of wild sea-trout, now’s your chance! The wild sea-trout fishing season runs from May until the end of summer and we freeze the fish when in season, then defrost and cut into portions ready for you to enjoy at home.

These beautiful fish are sent directly to us, straight from the River Tweed; the most celebrated of salmon and sea-trout fishing rivers in Britain. With just one fisherman now permitted to fish on the Tweed, we are the only supplier in the world able to offer this exquisite delicacy.

By popular demand, we are now offering these chilled wild sea-trout portions, which are ready to pan-fry, grill or bake.
