For as long as we can remember, our Beef Wellington has been in our top five most popular dishes.
Meticulously prepared by Forman’s chefs, the larger Wellington is made with the finest grass- fed 32 day aged Aberdeen Angus beef, and creamed chicken livers rolled in air-dried ham and chestnut mushrooms encased in a lattice puff pastry, and serves up to 6.
Our new and improved individual Wellies are made with ultra tender “pulled” beef, and make for an elegant date-night centrepiece.
Does it taste good? Well, we’re biased of course but we think it’s the best beef we’ve ever tasted.
We recommend to serve with Dauphinoise Potatoes, Petits Legumes or Spiced Red Cabbage and Red Wine Jus.

Cooking instructions
Defrost product FULLY (if not already defrosted). FOR INDIVIDUAL WELLINGTONS: Remove from bag and bake the Beef Wellington in the wooden tray in a pre-heated oven on a heated baking tray at 170c (fan-assisted) for 15-20 minutes FOR THE LARGE BEEF WELLINGTON: Remove from bag and bake the Beef Wellington in the wooden tray in a pre-heated oven on a heated baking tray at 180c (fan-assisted) for 25-30 minutes. Please be advised that there is variation for each oven, additional cooking time may be required in some cases.
Storage & shelf life information
Keep refrigerated. Product will last a minimum of 7 days unopened.
Product dispatched frozen, not suitable for home freezing.
