Whole breast of free range chicken flattened and rolled up with a chicken and sage mousse stuffing, wrapped in air dried ham. A delicacy served in Forman’s restaurant alongside sage jus.

Free range Chicken(80%), Air-Dried Ham(5%), Sage, Cream (MILK), Free Range EGG, Honey, Parsnip, Salt & Pepper.

Sage Jus – Veal stock, Red Wine(SULPHITES), Shallots, Carrot, Mushrooms, Sage(1%), Unsalted butter(MILK), Garlic, Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme, Salt & Pepper

Cooking instructions

Remove from bag and place on wooden tray in pre-heated oven 180c for 15-20 minutes until piping hot

Warm the sage Jus gently in a pan.

Keep refrigerated. Minimum 7 days.
