11 Buckwheat Blinis - SMOKED SALMON & TOPPINGS NOT INCLUDED
The kit includes homemade buckwheat blinis, crème fraîche, chopped shallots and capers, as well as a perfect portion of our Grade One Smoked Salmon, of course. A classic starter and hors d’oeurvre!
Our homemade blinis can be used in a multitude of ways, and are also sold separately.
Kit makes 18 blinis.
Ingredients
Smoked Salmon: Scottish Salmon (FISH), Rock Salt, Oak Smoke Buckwheat Blinis: Buckwheat Flour, Free range EGGS, Yeast, Water, Sugar and seasoning. Blini Kit includes Capers, Shallots, Crème Fraîche (MILK)

Cooking instructions
Place a spoonful of crème fraiche on each blini, top with the smoked salmon and sprinkle with capers and shallots

Smoked Salmon can be frozen for up to 3 months. Blinis can be frozen for 3 months, and should be warmed through gently in oven or a dry pan (on both sides) once defrosted before serving.
